Payment Options

PAYMENT OPTIONS

In Person

We accept the following methods of payment: cash, cheque, Interac Direct Payment, VISA, or MasterCard.  We can also process your credit card payments over the telephone.

Internet/Telephone Banking

Payments can be made through most major financial institution's Internet/Telephone Banking systems.  You will need to use your 5-digit holder number (as shown on your invoice as it appears beside your name on your policy) as the account number.  Do not use your policy number.

Three-Pay Plan

  • A $10.00 administration fee applies
  • Three cheques, received on or before the effective date of the policy
    • First cheque is to be dated for the effective date of the policy and includes the $10.00 administration fee.
    • Second cheque is to be dated 30 days after the effective date of the policy.
    • Third cheque is to be dated 60 days after the effective date of the policy.

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan

  • A 3% administration fee applies
  • To start this plan, a down payment equal to at least two monthly withdrawals is required, along with a VOID cheque and a signed authorization form.
  • Payments can be set up to be withdrawn on the 1st or 15th of each month.
